Studio Mio will be having a xmas break. Shop will be closed from 17th
December until 13th January 2013

SHOP WILL BE ALSO CLOSED from 25th April ~ September 2012.

WEBSITE is open 24/7.

DELIVERY - We aim to ship your order out within 5 days. We will  notify you by email if there are any expected delays.

Within Australia
Orders to within Australia are sent via Australia Post.
Australia Post may take 7 business days to deliver depending on where you live.
If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, Australia Post will redirect your order to your local Post Office.
A note will be left in your letter box to notify you that your order is awaiting for pick up.

Outside Australia
Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 5-7 business days.

* Express Courier International: reliable, able to track the parcel and fast
* STD International Air Mail: We are more than happy to send your order by air mail however please understand that as this is unregistered we cannot take any responsibility if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Within Australia: a minimum purchase of $20, excluding freight.
Outside Australia: a minimum purchase of $50, excluding freight.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you received, they can be returned for an exchange or credit.
Item must be unused and returned in 7 days of purchase.
Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee.
